About Our Candles
What type of wax do you use?
We use Golden Brands 464 soy wax—a clean-burning, plant-based wax known for smooth finishes and excellent scent throw.
Are your wicks safe?
Yes! We use CD Series cotton wicks that are free from lead and zinc. They are designed for natural waxes and provide an even burn.
Are your candles non-toxic?
Yes. All of our candles are made with phthalate-free fragrance oils and clean-burning wax. We avoid parabens, dyes, and harmful additives.
Do your candles contain essential oils?
Many of our scents are blended with essential oils and clean synthetics for safety and consistency.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously—no games, no sharing, no shady stuff. We only want smoke from our candles, not from the Feds. 💨🕯️💛
Candle Use & Care
How long do your candles burn?
Our 8 oz candles burn approximately 45–50 hours with proper wick trimming and care.
Why is my candle tunneling?
The first burn is key! Always let the wax melt fully to the edge before extinguishing to avoid tunneling.
How do I trim the wick?
Trim your wick to 1/4" before each burn. You can use wick trimmers, scissors, or even your fingers in a pinch.
What should I do about carbon buildup or mushrooming?
Gently trim off the black carbon bulb before relighting to keep the flame steady and safe.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand soon!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Can I send a candle as a gift?
Absolutely! Just add a gift note at checkout. You can also choose our optional gift packaging tube for a more elevated experience.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unused candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 5 days with photos and we’ll make it right.
Can I exchange a scent I don't like?
We don't accept scent-based exchanges since each candle is hand-poured to order, but we’re happy to offer a discount on your next try.
