Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unburned and in original condition
Must include original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Please email us at support@nurvanaglow.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your order arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
